NoblePaws – Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. This policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
1. Returns Window
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is:
• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original packaging, with all tags/accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: grooming tools that have made contact with an animal, and any consumable items.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
