Welcome to NoblePaws. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

NoblePaws is a South African online retailer of pet care essentials, operating in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior notice.

4. Delivery

• Orders are delivered nationwide within 5–8 business days from confirmation of payment.

• Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.

• Free delivery applies to all orders over R1000. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard delivery fee shown at checkout.

• You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Payfast. We do not store your card details.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoblePaws is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Pet owners are responsible for supervising use of any pet products, particularly grooming tools and trackers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
